Fred Patton brings the perspective of a CFO who has helped many companies maintain sound financial condition, from startups with as few as three employees to mid-size multinational subsidiaries. These companies include biotechnology, computer hardware and software, management consulting and storage area networking firms; and his guidance covers the full range of fiscal issues from overall financial management to initial public offerings.

Fred earned his BS, MS and MBA at Stanford University. He is a previous director of the Association of Bioscience Financial Officers.
